Significant advancements in the past 2-3 decades influence the modern architecture/construction project. One is the infusion of computers into the process, while another is the rapid improvement in tools. Present
Currently we focus on bringing technology innovations to market that will improve productivity and increase profitability.
One of these advancements is in documenting existing conditions. A|E|C professionals rely on accurate as-built drawings for developing plans for remodeling, renovation, space planning, or to manage occupancy. We have been able to increase productivity by 100% and to improve accuracy by 2000% which directly influence the project schedule and profitability.
Another area where we are leading the field is in bringing powerful tools and control for Facilities Management to small and medium sized businesses. This system will allow a user (or team) to effectively manage the Move/Add/Change process, gaining command over critical assets.
