Our Story

Everyone understands the value of a solid, physical foundation. In life, a proper foundation can only be built through experiential learning. While still young I was blessed to work side by side with my father improving our 3 acre home. The transformation was inspiring. His integrity rubbed off through the various projects - we did it all. I developed an eye for solving problems.

Through architecture school and a construction management degree, those positive childhood dreams evolved into a profound vision. Part of that vision includes seeing Detroit become what it was in it's height of success. That would take considerable work beyond my own capabilities, but certainly I can contribute.

After more than 20 years of industry knowledge and experience Constructive Thinking, LLC was established. It was built upon timeless principles of hard work, integrity, and strong relationships. Two primary concepts are rolled into the company name. First, 'constructive' denotes the process of building up, creating, and/or improving the built environment. Second, 'thinking' is the process of analyzing, contemplating, and devising solutions through mental exertion. These two combine to form the process of answering the urgent needs and compelling desires of our clients.

Constructive Thinking, LLC has developed expertise in working with Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Constructors, Building Owners/Managers and Real Estate Professionals. Together, we solve the daily challenges of untimely turnaround, inadequate quality, and faulty communication. The confidence that comes through getting a project done right is liberating. It frees your time for doing that which you do best.

We are concerned about many things in the world today, but are most concerned about freedom. That essential freedom each one of us seeks for, to do their best, to be productive, and change the world is being lost in a sea of entitlement and bailouts which enslave man and bind him to a future unpayable debt.
